"I'm sort of speechless. My first dental appointment in years. The longer I waited, the more ashamed and embarrassed I became for neglecting my mouth so long out of fear of going to a dentist. My first appointment was 3/11/24. They gave me a free check up and x-rays. I felt welcome and comfortable from the moment I walked into the office. I felt like family the entire time I was there. I was taken on a tour of the entire office, given a new patient gift (insulated mug, gift wrapped) and bottle of water. The office is amazing. The state of the art equipment is more than enough to set one's mind at ease. However, both Dr. Rice and his Assistant Yadira stole the show. I had total and complete trust with Dr. Rice's recommendations for needed treatment. Even though my insurance coverage was outside their network and I would have to pay out of pocket and await reimbursement from my insurance, I had already made up my mind about this office and staff that this is my new dental office. Dr. Rice was very understanding about my out of pocket costs as I'm retired and recommended only immediate necessary treatment. If you need any degree of dental treatment, do yourself and your smile a huge favor. You'll be thankful you made that first appointment with Coleman Advanced Dentistry. You'll leave your appointment with a smile on your face, which is the objective isn't it? My first procedure is an extraction and I can't believe I'm saying that I can't wait to go back there next week! If I could give 10 stars I would.
