"I seen Sunny today, she was very rude, condescending, unfriendly and unwelcoming. She acted frustrated as if I was bothering her when I asked questions. She refused to address my concerns, she advised that she could only address 2 of my concerns and that I would have to follow up with Dr. Darr..When I asked her a question she stated “this was her first time seeing my history” (she couldn’t answer my questions). I asked her another question and countered my question with a question asking if I’d seen seen my patient portal?! I’d informed her I had, however, I’m not a doctor therefore I can interpret what’s on my patient portal. I didn’t feel well and I left the office feeling worse than I felt before coming in. I feel like this was of my time & a waste of a visit!! I NEVER want to see Sunny again. I prefer to see Dr. Darr who has always been nice and caring. After this experience I may not be returning to America’s Family Doctors!!!!"
