Nail's Heaven

"DO NOT GO HERE. I’ve been going here for a while, a loyal customer but lately it seems their services are going down hill. The other day I went to get my eyebrows waxed and the woman waxed off MY WHOLE EYEBROW! I’ve been getting my eyebrows waxed for 10 years and never had this ever happened to me! I know accidents happen but this is unacceptable, how does this kind of thing even happen?! Also to add, I got a full set a couple of weeks ago and my nails looked like total crap, they were all shaped different, 3 different lengths and the polish was bumpy and peeling the next day. Luckily I was able to remove the nails myself a few days later because the acrylic was not strong AT ALL!"

"Worst customer service. I come once a month from Arizona to spend time with my granddaughter and get our Nails done been doing this for 2 years. Had a 3:30 apt. they took 2 walk in ahead of us. At 4:15 they put me in a chair. Another lady called before me I said something, I was told she had a apt. Hello so did i.. now it's 4:30 and the waters cold. We can tell there talking about us, a lady walks in they tell her 10 min. See ya later we won't be back"

"Everything’s okay. I do wish they would pay more attention to the side of the nails. As when they polish it doesn’t cover the entire nail like in the pics. After my nails for filed and buffed most nail techs have me wash my nails/hands with or without soap, but the lady who did my nails this day didn’t have me wash my hands/nails at all. I wanted short ballerina nails and when I asked her to go shorter she kina charged at me and said if you go any shorter it won’t look right, but fine whatever you want is what she said. I told her it’s okay, please just have them short."

"I've been coming here years, and I always come back when I visit my family. However, I just recieved the worst manicure in my life. The manicurist didn't even ask me if she could cut my nails, and then proceeded to file them so short thet my fingers are physically raw from her having to cut my nail bed down to match the nails. She never applied a top coat, and there are streaks in the polish from the lotion that went on after. There is still loose dead skin and nail polish on my nails, and one nail is ALREADY chipped less then 10 minutes later. When finished, she simply walked away without a word. This has been maybe my worst salon experience ever, and I cant wait to take this terrible gel manicure off my hurting hands."
