"Front office staff is RUDE! They act like they are doing you a favor to let you see or make an appointment with your Dr. Have had calls from myself and from my pharmacy NOT returned after leaving message on top of message and have been hung up on by Front staff. I have never been rude or unkind to anyone in this office but there is definitely a cancer of attitude in this office. Dr's are great but you have to work through the landmines of the front desk workers to get through."

"Quality of care is great, I think….but frequent changes in PA’s are concerning. I have been to this clinic four times in 18 months and am on my third PA. Never been seen by Dr Nachnani. I find out about the PA leaving when I show up for my scheduled appt, only to find “someone” has forgotten/overlooked/failed to call me to tell me or ask if I could re-schedule. Because their PA left, not because of anything I did. Last time this happened, another PA could see me anyway. This time I had to come back the next day or wait a week. Not sure what the issue here is…why the PA’s leave and/or why someone can’t call and let me know that my appt will be with someone else. Definitely a break down somewhere and I just hope it doesn’t extend to the quality of care. Will definitely be keeping my eye on this situation."
