"My husband and I called to get a quote from this place. The lady that we spoke to gave us a few different quotes at the beginning. After properly running all of our info gave us a price and told us that it would be $611 to start the policy this would include the first and last month. We decided to go in person so that she could show us everything on paper even though she was adamant we could do everything over the phone. We went obviously knowing that she is a broker and that she would get some kind of commission. While in person we went over numbers again she assured us that first and last month would be collected in the $600 payment upfront and the 6th month we would only be charged renewal fees. While we were signing the paperwork we got to the section of the paperwork that stated how much she would be receiving and the line was blank. My husband asked her why it was blank and she said it was because she hadn't done her calculations and she would in a bit. When she handed me the the paper right after that one, it stated to not sign any documentation with blanks spots on it. I brought it up to her attention and she "oh yeah that's right let me fill it in right now" so she wrote on the paper $192. We made sure to confirm that $192 was the total of her portion of the $611 we had paid and she said yes that the rest of it was the company and the first and last payment. After finishing up the paperwork she started getting an envelope ready with the proof of insurance, the breakdown of our monthly payments all of which she showed us before putting in the envelope. We said goodbye and when we got home opened the envelope we realized that she had added another piece of paper that she didn't show us and it had a breakdown of the $611 we paid and it was $302 to the insurance $7 processing fee and $302 for her commission. Like I stated before my husband and I knew that she would be getting something for her work however even after we asked her she lied and put on the piece of paper that we signed that her portion was only $192 and never showed us the paper with the breakdown, she just slipped it into the envelope that is the issue. All she had to do was be honest. We also realized that the paper of the breakdown of our monthly payments included the last payment which she had said it wouldn't. All this to say be careful read all of the paperwork and if you can take picture of the documents you are singing don't just trust what the ladies there tell you. I would honestly say just go to another place or do the work yourself. I would not recommend this place due to the dishonesty."

"0/5 star review here. The business is as unprofessional as it gets. I called in for a quote and was told an agent wasn't available but one would call me back in 5-10 minutes. I made this call at 230pm. They returned my call at 645pm over 4 hours later. I missed the call and returned the call at 6:55 to be told they can not provide a quote because they close at 7. The woman over the phone was extremely rude, and made it clear that even though they were not closed, they would be soon and she would not start a quote for me. Why would you call back so close to close if you were never going to do the quote anyways? The laziness here is very apparent and unacceptable. Worst experience with an auto insurance company by far. Stay away form this place"
