"I was a walk in for a hair color. I brought my own product in and they were happy to use what i brought in. She did a very detailed job. The girl at the front was very kind and pleasant. My husband had to bring me the baby so he could go to work. The owner held my baby so I could finish getting my hair rinsed. My hair came out great and looks and feels fantastic. Thank you"

"2 stars for the LACK of communication between stylists and client. I spoke with the girl who works the front about pricing for a PARTIAL HIGHLIGHT. She said it starts at $140 but it differs depending on what you get, length of hair, etc. I am familiar with this answer because I’ve had my hair done a lot so I don’t worry about it. I figure I’ll be paying a little more than $140 because I have medium length hair and I know I’d like a deep conditioner used. I sit with my stylist who asks me what I’m wanting. I say I’d like a PARTIAL HIGHLIGHT done and a deep condition. He has no problem with it, asks me some more questions about my hair and concerns (as a usual stylist would) and we get started. I ask him specifically (like I do any stylist) based on what we’ve talked about I was quoted $140 at the front what do you think this will end up being now that we’ve discussed it? He said he doesn’t handle pricing he just does the styling but whatever they told me is what I would pay for. Cool, no concern then. My hair is now done (4 hours later…I’ve never spent more than 2.5 hours on a partial highlight, 10 min deep condition, and small trim). So, I go to pay and she says it’s $230! I said how did that happen? I was told a partial highlight starts at $140. She said it does but you got a full highlight. I said NO ONE told me I was getting a full highlight and not once did I ask for a full highlight?! She explained to me the difference in a partial a full. I know the difference I get a partial on my hair every time! Her excuse was, “well a lot of clients ask for a partial highlight and think that’s what they want and end up getting a full highlight.” So this tells me they ask what you want, then assume they know better, do something different and charge you for it. The only reason I give 2 stars and not 1 is because I love the way my hair turned out. I’m not in any way dissatisfied with the work done on my hair. It’s beautiful. I’m extremely dissatisfied with the lack of communication when I asked multiple times how much it was going to cost and NO ONE told me my price was increasing or that they were going to do something DIFFERENT than what I asked for! So for that I will not be returning (I wanted to go back) but I won’t be because I can’t trust the pricing or communication."

"Went here a few times not only for myself and for my daughters and my husband also… not only is she overpriced $35 for men and women Dry cuts only and is not good at all terrible, actually avoid all if you come here. She doesn’t even wash the hair she just sprays it minimally with water and dry cuts it while she has like a 17-year-old watching her I asked her (the 17 year old) are you in cosmetology school or are you learning? Do you want to get your license she said no I’m just learning from her next time I went in there she was cutting hair."

"Violeta did great work for me. She has, I would say, one of the best hair salons in Hemet, if not all of California. Their services are great and her professionalism is great. I make a 40 minute trip just to see her!"
