"Worst experience I’ve ever had at a salon. My dresser was rude and didn’t understand what I wanted which was layers. She essentially gave me a trim after berating me about how much length I wanted to cut which was none. She kept complaining about my hair the entire time. Absolute waste of time and money would give zero stars if I could."

"I always come here and usually have a great experience. I came in today and had a really bad experience. I asked for a finger length off the top and the girl proceed to cut a finger length from the scalp. She then gives me a weird curved fade, I asked her to make it straight. She kept hacking into my hair. I told her just to cut it really short because it was already messed up. I left and went home, and my wife had to tell me it looked like I cut my own hair in the back because it was splotchy. I have business meeting this week and now I basically have a shaved head. I will not come back to this location anymore, or just ask for someone else. It's hard to get good consistency without picking who cuts your hair."
