"Been going to Heather for over 2 years! Best Groupon I’ve come across! (I test waters with Groupons when I move or as needed) So happy I did! She knows what she’s doing! I love my highlights and everything else. I got a mini Brazillian blowout before I went to Miami and it was perfect. Overall my hair is healthier than ever and I love it more than ever. She’s done amazing work with my daughters hair too and I can’t wait to see what she does with my hair for my wedding this October! She bleached my daughters hair, not completely, just underneath/where she wanted. Omg came out amazing. She was able to put so many different temp colors on it and it looked beautiful."

"Heather responded promptly on Instagram to my haircut inquiry and squeezed me in a couple of days later. She listened patiently while I explained what I wanted and didn't like about my current haircut (from a different salon). She spent time analyzing my hair texture and face shape and discussed options with me. When actually cutting my bangs, she went slowly, starting longer and trimming off little by little until I was happy. Heather made me feel relaxed with her expertise and fun conversation. I LOVE my hair and highly recommend Heather, especially for clients wanting first time bangs!"

"I found HM a few months back. I was extremely excited due to it being my first time at a salon & being a first time mom this year I wanted to feel pretty. Only to be treated poorly by Heather Moss we spoke on the phone, she told me what day I was booked. I believe she must’ve not put me in her roster because she had no idea who I was, not my name anything. My iPhone deleted our messages after 30 days so when she asked me if I had our messages I didn’t have them & I felt so embarrassed. She seemed as if she didn’t want to work with me & as if she was trying to be rid of me due to her being with clients. Long story short, I left HM crying due to feeling embarrassed, emotional from postpartum. Saddened that my first experience at a salon went this way, she told me she didn’t take Groupons that Emily did, she then referred me to Emily, thankfully Emily took me in days later, was kind and made me feel better. HM had such good reviews so I went for it. Unfortunately I did not have the same experience as the rest. I would’ve liked it to be different."
