I have seen bad hair cuts but this has to be the worst I’ve seen. It looks like a child took sisters to her hair blindfolded. We tried calling the manager multiple times and no answer. I do not know how Melissa got a license or became a stylist if this is how she takes pride in her work. When someone pays for a service you do your best to make sure your work meets expectations, and your customer walks out satisfied, if you cannot do that you should not be cutting at all. This was a massacre to my friends hair and her self esteem until she finds someone who can fix it. I hope people find this review helpful"
