"I had an MRI at 830pm. All of the staff, from the front desk - who has to come down stairs and let each patient in upon arrival after doors lock - to the MRI tech, and even housekeeper. The facility was clean. They had good security in place for my personal belongings while I was in the MRI. The MRI tech was very compassionate and explained exactly what to expect."

"This place is awesome! Being a Chiari decompression survivor since 2009, I've had a TON of MRIs in Spring Hill, Cool Springs, 100 Oaks, and many places around Nashville. This is the place I prefer to be whenever a doc wants to do yet another MRI. The staff is pleasant and makes it a welcoming environment. They give you headphones to drown out the awful noises from the MRI machines and you get to choose your own music. The waiting lobby inside the imaging center has comfy chairs, magazines, and a tv. My husband told me about this place after he had to do an MRI on his shoulder. I'm so glad I gave them a call!"
