"Dr Allen performed 2 nerve blocks on me and an ablation. I was told that he would call me in 2 weeks to check in. I never got a phone call this or any other time I was told he would call. When I asked if I should make a follow-up appointment, I was told no. He would call. Well I am still in horrible pain and the procedure did not work. All he cares about is the money. I’m still getting bills after months. I’ve paid about $8000 and they had the nerve to send me a bill for over $200 for a video chat that lasted less than 2 minutes and I had to wait for him for 45 minutes. I am very unhappy with all of this and would definitely go somewhere else if I had it to do over again. I am out of all that money and still in pain every day. They would know this if they had actually cared about their patients."

"Dr Allen was great and so smart with my ailment. I was totally in the dark on a super important procedure for approval. Each time I called main #, I was transferred to Marina for all inquiries, and she would not call me back! Total silence through every step of endeavor to undergo much needed procedure. I stayed right by phone. This occurred over 2 weeks and unprofessional. Second primary doctor I was working with was able to give me full final information in the end from Dr. Allen's office. So frustrating!"

"Very busy but appears to be efficiently run and in order. Staff was great and so friendly. Kept asking me if I needed a blanket or anything else. Doc was cool. Easy to talk to you and very informative of my spinal epidural procedure. Still within the first 24 hours of recovery, but so far, so very good.
