"I am only giving five stars because of three of the cashiers that I felt have gone above and beyond for me. Claire (I think that’s her name who her and her boyfriend know me from Guitar Center) who kindly & patiently processed my intense returns, the gentleman who rung up my huge stack of cute bath ornaments, and the girl who helped me with a Kylie lip color. These people made me feel like a human. The staff are quick picking which is cool. It is unfortunate that corporate makes them sell open products and they (Ulta HQ) don’t keep their word when it comes to rewards."

"One of the best Ulta I have been to. It is always clean, well stocked, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Stephanie helped discover new brands when my preferred product was discontinued and was super kind and helpful and was giving amazing advice. Another staff member (I wish I caught her name) helped me when they were 5minutes to closing. I had over waxed one of my eyebrows and needed to get something to hid the fact. She gave me a quick tutorial and made sure I got what I needed (being inexperienced I was going to get things that I did not need). Every time I go staff offer help, one even grabbed me a basket when I started carrying way too much. Good people, good vibes."
