"I really liked Dr. Hill, at first but after I started seeing Mary Hunyh this year, the visits went down hill from there. She makes it clear, she doesn’t care about her patients, or their pain. I been going there 4 years or more and I can’t believe things turned out the way they did and I still have lots of back pain. It really hurt my feelings, how they treated me and the excuses they use and not try to help the patient."

"My visit today left me very unsettled. The level of care, or lack there of, was so horrendous I wish I didn’t drive an hour away for my pitiful visit. The doctor was demeaning towards me when I was open about having bipolar disorder. He stated over and over that I should go see my psychiatrist, though I’d spoken with her before my visit. My primary care doctor left me high and dry once she was needed to fill out a prior authorization so I went to a specialist who would follow through with ordering an MRI. Apparently that’s “doctor shopping” and is why it’s taking so long to find what’s wrong with me. I didn’t appreciate being talked down to. I was wary of going to a pain clinic in the first place because all of the negative connotations…which turned out to be true. I would give 0 stars but unfortunately that’s not an option."

From the moment he stepped into the exam room to begin the assessment, and throughout the visit and procedure, Dr Hill was focused, empathetic, and extremely proficient. I left the visit with significant improvement with my pain, and a treatment plan that I participated in and understood. I am beyond thankful for this clinic and for Dr. Hill!!"
