"I do NOT recommend this office at all. Dr. Finn has lost control of the communication within his office starting from the scheduling thru the procedures with him. Our experience with my 4 year old was unacceptable. They failed to explain their policies, failed to explain their procedures, and failed to take responsibility for their actions after the fact. It took me to advocate for my child, who is now terrified to go to the dentist, thru a heated and long conversation with Dr. Finn. He was condescending and over confident at the beginning of our conversation, and then realized I had valid points about the lack of communication from all parties in his office. I understand that he has policies about parents being in procedure rooms, etc., but those MUST be conveyed to the parent BEFORE a procedure is started, so us parents can decide if we want to go elsewhere. We have taken our records and have gone to another dentist because of this awful experience. I do not want another child to go thru this, so please ask many questions if you choose to go here. Hopefully Dr. Finn took my complaint seriously and has implemented some changes and oversight within his office."

"I had to cancel my childrens appointment twice and they said they couldnt reschedule my children's appointment together no more since I had hostory of cancelling appointments I cancelled in advance also so they wanna be rude and hold that against me so I'm looking for a new dentist"
