"I don't know where to begin. Everybody was extremely kind and professional. At the desk, Faith helped me with questions, dental plan, and finance options. When it was time to see the dental hygienist I was greeted by Taylor and she walked me through everything and was genuinely excited to work on my teeth. This professional definitely has passion for her career. The amount of build-up on my teeth was terrible, but she let them know who was the boss.(She is the boss) I enjoyed the entire process as she cleaned and the conversations we had. I heard the passion she has for what she does and I just cannot put it all into words of how absolutely amazing and professional she is. "This is the greatest dental office I have ever went to. All the staff are so polite and professional. They actually care about you and how you feel. They do not judge you. They go out of their way to make you feel good about yourself and to make sure you are comfortable. I would recommend this dental office to anyone who needs any type of dental work done. "I had an appointment for a dental cleaning and a check-up . I have to admit, I was 5 minutes late, but the office staff said it was perfectly OK, they were a little behind anyway. I waited in the reception room for 1 full hour, until the x-ray tec came for me. After the x-rays were done, she took me to an exam room. I waited there for another hour. The hygienist came in for a few minutes, but did not begin the cleaning. Then, another hour of waiting, just sitting, waiting, no staff interaction, nothing. Then the dentist came in and told me what she wanted to do about my teeth. Then, more waiting, more and more, and more. To say the least, I am sorely displeased with the whole experience. I was in for a check up and a cleaning, an I was there for 5, actually a little more than 5 hours. Their response: "We're sorry, your bill is....." I am now searching for a new dentist."

"I had an emergency on a Saturday, called on Monday morning. I was told to come in at 3 as a walk in. I had to wait 2 hours to be seen. Upon checking out I was told it was better to walk in at 8am. Overall though everyone was so nice. I would recommend Bright Now dental. They were able to take care of my dental needs. In fact I will be going back. This time I have an appointment. Thank you for taking good care of me."
