"My son was transferred to the adolescent floor a few weeks ago from a rehab facility nearby. As a parent who lives 6 hours away and has never experienced a mental health facility the adolescent floor took WONDERFUL care of my son and helped eased our hearts while we waited on visitation/discharge information. He was allowed to call home everyday, we were able to call and check in on him whenever and the nurses were always welcoming and willing to help ease our concerns. The kindness that they offered from admittance to the discharge nurses exceeded our expectations. My son felt heard and cared for there. The doctor listened and suggested what would be best for him. They helped stabilize him and put him on meds that offered relief. My only hiccup was the initial case worker who thought she could use a special tactic to help him understand his situation and where he was coming from was a bad place. I don’t feel like it was the best thing for her to be offering. Was she concerned for my son and his future? Of course, just needed to be handled a little differently. Was it a deal breaker no? My son continues to praise the care he received during his 5 day stay and says it was very helpful to him. It makes my husband and I feel at ease knowing that he was getting the proper and gentle care he needed while in a different state away from us."

"It honestly be nice not to give this hospital. Any stars but being nice I just gave one. My name is Caitlyn Ford, and the last five weeks I have unfortunately been at that hospital for more than five days Dr. Ekko was very short and wants to get you out of there without really getting to the source of the problem. The nurses literally don’t know what they’re doing to the point where I already have a medical condition I have a colostomy bag and those five weeks I was there, they were touching me trying to change my colostomy bag every day of the day they taped it using when my skin would burn, an acid would get to my skin to the point where my skin is literally ripped off my body that the bag I have now won’t stay. I’m talking about none of them in excruciating pain. I understand they’re not medical nurses, but they shouldn’t of acted like medical nurses and especially if I don’t change my bag at home why would I change it 1000 times in one day there and then they tried to tell you, your pain scale, which you knew about your body one time I even thought that a medicine I was taking was making me more psychotic than I already am they did not remove me off of the medicine my last time I stayed there November 13 till last Tuesday and I was discriminated against about my bag. They even went as far as not letting me go to groups. I was on the side with people that are paranoid schizophrenic when all I am is literally just stressed all the time to the point where I mentally depressed , I would not recommend this hospital to my worst enemy. Not even Satan I hope in the coming days you change what you’re doing oh and there is a guy named David there. I’m a Christian everybody believes in something but I do not think it’s appropriate to paint your believes on somebody that’s already depressed. It makes it worse whoever’s reading this. Please take notes sign me in 1 million other patients who feel the exact same way. Have a blessed night. Oh let’s not forget there is a nurse named Dj. Dj was very rude like I’m not a robot you can talk to me like a person and she put her hands on me. Once again, would not recommend this to anybody"

"This place is terrible. SOME of the staff are sweet hearts but the rest do not care at all. The doctors absolutely do not care, they don't listen, I saw the doctor once the whole time I was there and all he did was put me on medicine that hasn't helped anything with a ton of side effects that he didn't warn me about. You are nothing but a number and a pay check to these people."

"My exceptional brother is in this facility. He is unable to handle his care. My husband and I have to help him with paperwork because he doesn't understand. No one called us to give us any info. I called the facility to get updates/to find out where he was, the male nurse snapped, said the patience has rights, as I tried to explain that my brother had mental retardation he was rude again and said have a good night. He hung up. My brother probably has no clue as to what's going on. Still no update! Worst customer care I have experienced in a while."
