"If u want the “doctor” to not listen to what’s going on with you then go here. If you want a “doctor” that will be mean to you, the first time he meets you, for no reason obviously as it’s the first meeting, then go here. I have never experienced a doctor so 2 faced like. He was extremely angry and was very narcissistic and the more angry he was the nicer I would be as I thought he was going through something or having a bad day. Don’t waste your time. “dr” West needs mental therapy and should be on meds or something like seriously. I’ve never experienced a doctor to do this or lie on his own actions. Hope he finds himself soon. The staff is good. The doctor is horrible, unfortunately."

"Dr West did a phenomenal job on putting me back together after a bad fall through a roof.When I couldnt find anyone to take me I was finally referred to him.Hes a straight shooter which is what I want & like.I always was seen in a very timely manner and he always had time for any questions I had & he also listened to me.His staff was always courteous & professional as well.Thank each one of you for all you’ve done to help me get back all I could from a devastating injury !!!! I strongly recommend them"

"Does not care about your time. I waited anywhere from 30 mins to 1 hr 15 minutes to be seen even though I arrived at my scheduled appointment times. They also pushed my surgery time back 2 hours without confirmation from me. They left me a voicemail late the night before telling me they changed it. I would not recommend or if you have to go here, plan on being late on purpose."

"We were traveling through Nashville right before Christmas and ended up with a broken wrist in the process. Dr West and his staff were amazing at working us into the schedule last minute. Dr. West was very genuine and straightforward with his opinion, not pushing for any unnecessary treatment. Both the initial visit and the week follow up were quick with little wait time in the lobby. His staff were friendly and very helpful. The facility was very clean. Definitely recommend this surgeon."
