"The owner still has not sent the paperwork for two vehicles purchased. He does NOT return calls. UPDATE. This review got an immediate response. That's not my idea of good customer service. The text wondered why I didn't mention I owed for storage. I'll be happy to settle up when I get my paperwork and keys. Waiting for 2 months is why there's only 1 star. Pompt conclusion of the transaction will improve the rating."

"One of the most challenging times in your life is losing your parents, and when your last parent passes away, you have the heart-wrenching task of cleaning out their house. I highly recommend David Fisher to do the job. They were very professional and personal and worked many days cleaning out, sorting, and selling everything in the house. Carol was the main person I communicated with, and she was so sweet and treated all of the treasures in the house as if they were her parents. They took this stress off of us, and we're much appreciated"

"This company ( Volunteer Property Solutions) is awful. And I can't speak for everyone but Nikki is the person I was dealing with (through text btw). She seem to be preoccupied with other things instead of getting stuff in order for me to rent a house. She would never meet with me and she expected me to drop my rent and deposit off at a place that is not even the office. That is beyond me. Not to mention she said that the house I wanted to rent didn't have a key. But when I went to tour the house there was one and I picked it up out of a mailbox along with the rental application. I don't know about anyone else but I refuse to give my hard earned money to rent from someone that has no promptness nor professionalism about them. Nikki Rogers I must say that you are not someone that I would rent from nor would like to meet. If you see those signs around town, beware and do your homework before getting trapped into something not worth it."

"It has been a HEAT ZONE in our home and we have set in the heat for about two weeks. The realty service hasn't made too many attempts to rectify the issue. Our compressor went out in our home and Flatt HVAC came over to water down the compressor and this hasn't made the issue better. Fisher Realty hasn't contacted another specialist to come out and rectify the issue. We have several grand-kids in the home and they are miserable. Everyone is miserable and no one seems to care about getting the issue fixed. We don't have anywhere else to go at the moment and the expenses of purchasing fans has broke us. There has not been any mention of reducing the rent for the upcoming month and it appears that this is the issue for fixing the problem and that is waiting for the rent to be submitted. I've never been in a situation such as this where tenants can be overlooked while the temperatures continue to climb. Renting a hotel will over exceed the expenses that we have to pay out for rent and the realty company is avoiding our calls. If you drive by their office the vehicles are on the parking lot, but the doors are locked. I'm not for sure as to why anyone would not see a problem with this. Those that have a heart would be more compassionate than this."
