"The new manager doesn't do her job. You can report someone or something and it never get filed. The complex isn't able to keep good maintenance men. There is a new one every other week. Drugs are rampant and so are criminals living there. This used to be a nice and safer place, not anymore. Some of the tenants are abusive towards others children. Many of the apartments aren't upkept. I wish the police patrolled it more. The playground equipment is dangerous to children. I found needles in the parking lot. I've found soiled diapers and sanitary napkins in the grass areas. Many apartments have high traffic in and out their doors. I do not recommend."

"Quiet place to live especially with children. Affordable enough to help you get your feet off the ground. Very friendly landlord and maintenance man."
