"Edited 12/5/2023- Everyone deserves a second chance, right? WRONG. I showed up to my appointment today without my FSA card. No big deal because I uploaded it to their app, like they force you to do when you check in. The lady at the front desk asks for your name and then demands a $60 copay. I said I forgot my FSA card today. Do you have my card on file? She said oh, we don’t keep cards on file. Excuse me? Why would I go through the hassle of uploading my card to an app for no reason if you’re not going to store it? Where did my information go?! They are always so quick to take your money, but they really lack in patient care. I beg you please do not go here. I will never be returning. This place needs divine intervention from the Lord above. I’m still waiting on my phone call from the office manager about my first visit, but I’m not holding my breath. It’s been over a month. Go somewhere else!!! Please!!! I will not recommend this clinic to anyone. The check in process is way too complex. Everything is done through a patient portal. The PA that provided me care told me she would send my prescriptions over to my pharmacy electronically. It’s been over 24 hours. Nothing has been sent yet. I’ve called 3 times since yesterday. A message has also been sent in the portal. It’s all been a waste of time. This place is quick to take your money. They’re slow to do much of anything else."

She went above and beyond to accommodate my nervousness and made checking in and payment for the appointment a breeze. Ms. Chrysta, the dermatologist I saw, was truly exceptional. Her thoroughness and vast knowledge were evident throughout my visit. She took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I felt reassured and confident in her expertise. The entire staff at Skin Solutions exemplified professionalism and kindness. The level of care and attention I received from start to finish was outstanding. I left the office feeling grateful and well taken care of. "The in office experience and provider experience is good. The rating is reflective of how difficult it is to communicate with them. You receive automated messages about results that direct you to the portal with questions. Results don't get uploaded to the portal in a timely manner so you can't actually review them when you get a call. I sent a message through the portal (because that's their preferred method) with a question that has gone over 24 hours unanswered. Called to speak with someone about my question and was told a nurse would have to answer it, but they were with patients and would call back in a few minutes. I waited two hours and checked back and was told the message was sent to someone who wasn't working that day so it would be the next day before I heard back. It's the next day and they've been open for almost 4 hours and still no reply to my email question or phone call. The folks you speak with on the phone never apologize for the delay and lack of timely response, which may not be their fault, but as a representative of the practice they should. Everyone is short staffed, but when someone is patient and kind it's really frustrating and disappointing to feel like that patience is taken advantage of by a practice."
