"Daniel S. Javier is the worst doctor I have ever experienced in my life. He used to take care of my grandfather who was in the army and Javier is responsible for his death. During the visit he would not look at my grandfather, would not refill his prescriptions as needed, would not assess the swelling and onset infection in his legs, and would not sign my grandfathers death certificate. I went with my grandfather for a visit and experienced this first hand as well as other members of the family who took my grandfather to the doctor. Javier is the most careless doctor who has the death of my grandfather, an American soldier, on his hands. Please do everything you can to avoid this horrible man who should not be allowed to practice medicine of any kind."
