I highly recommend this office if you are in need of physical therapy. **However, the process to obtain your medical records is extremely slow. You have to leave a voicemail and wait. I left that voicemail three weeks ago."

The company double books your PT, so half the time you're there you're waiting for them to finish with their other patient.
