"Waited an hour and a half only to be told they do not provide the service I needed anymore. The nurse practitioner was very nonchalant & did not even care that I wasted my time. An "I'm sorry" would have made a bit of difference in my irritation. An accurate list of services online and at the kiosks would be nice."
