"Simple cut they are great, I been cutting my hair here for 7+ yrs. My dad cuts it here as well for 10yrs . If you want a women's cut and very specific I say search else where. Price is cheap after the 3rd time you go they will treat you like family."

"THEY DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS!!!! THE WORS EVER!!! Im giving one star because I can’t give less, I gave the lady “Alejandra” a picture of the cut I wanted and fist of all she was asking me how I would do the cut... What? She is the one supposed to know... anyways the cut she did wasn’t even close to what I asked and when I told her that she said that I need to let my hair grow mira and then come back...I’ll try to post pictures of the mess she did!!! I had to go somewhere else to get it fixed....VERY UNHAPPY!!!!"

"Worse customers services ever!!! I Called Friday for an appointment on Saturday at 8:30am. Coming from the Inland Empire I prepare my commute. Show up at 8:15 the doors are closed. Even though the lady said they open at 8am. Someone finally shows up 8:40. I let the lady know my appointment at 8:30. She said no appointment has been scheduled. I explain to her my appointment with Alejandra. She said she won’t be in until 9. I waited , 9 came around no show ten minutes later the lady tells me she will be in at 9:30 still no show 10 comes around still no show . I got up and told the 2 ladies and man sitting there doing nothing that I waisted 2 hrs waiting . I had other appointments scheduled. Never coming here again!!"
