"First time and last time customer for sure. I wanted something subtle but whatever, I guess big lashes are the thing. The lashes were uneven (one side had thicker lashes and curled up while the other side was just sad) and most of it was falling out within 3-4 days when it's supposed to last up to 2 weeks. "If I could provide a zero star review I would. Got my lashes done here many times. I'm a loyal Amazing Lash Studio member in another state, a former Chief Executive of the company who LOVES the brand and knows the standards inside and out. The Amazing Lash Studio Irvine does pretty work. However, most the time my lashes were different from my left eye to my right eye. I have had fallout within a day to two days of having my lashes done in the Irvine Amazing Lash Studios both owned by the same owners. They use unapproved glues, poor quality lashes and their staff complain about the turnover and expectations on them, so as exceptional as their customer service is at the front desk, they continue to see turnover and you will get poor service. I experienced excessive lash fallout after just one to two days at this studio so I switched to their other studio, Los Olivos Amazing Lash Studio. There I lost all but maybe 10% of my lashes on one eye in under two days. See the review there for photos that will SHOCK you. The business DID do a redo on my lashes once before at this location but they also fell out two days later and glued my natural lashes together. They WILL try to make it right but whatever you do, stay away from this business!!"
