"First time I went to this salon based on the good reviews. Unfortunately, i was disappointed. He didn't listen to what I wanted. I have curly hair and is too short now. Not easy to manage. He was to cut no more than 3 inches. But he cut several times in the same area about 5-6 inches. Then, charged me $45 to style it straight which is not what i wanted. I wanted to see the cut with my curly hair. $100 later I left disappointed. There was a language barrier. But it would have been ok had he listened and done a good job."

"ZERO star!!!! I scheduled an appointment at 2 pm today. And I got there on time. They took a walk-in instead. Asked me to wait for 30 minutes. Very unprofessional. Not even an apology!!! I'll l never come back. Very unprofessional ! People who call for appointments be aware !"
