"Management is awful. Always so rude. AC has been out for 12 days and absolutely no communication from the office about anything. Yes, they supplied a window unit but that doesn't help cool an upstairs apartment on 90+ days (inside temp was 85 per thermostat).A little communication goes a long way. Got reassured that it would be done on 6/26 and never got an update when it didn't. I have been more than understanding and have been patient but when I can't even stay at my apartment with my two kids because of the heat that is unacceptable. I inquired about some kind of rent assistance for the inconvenience and not even being able to stay on property but was quickly turned down. I can guarantee that if the office AC went out they would have had it fixed ASAP since the heat index has been so high but tenants don't receive the same courtesy."

"I wish they would do something for the yards like new grass ! . Maintenance people running around acting like they are police. I suppose though they have to do that to keep things looking nice. Kind of like a HOA does. It is a nice looking complex but in some areas muddy and sparse grass as in any complex."

"Complex is dirty. Always garbage overflowing the dumpsters. I don't think this is a management problem as much as a problem with dis respectful tenants and people coming in that don't live there and using the dumpsters. Several complaints of bed bugs and roaches. Pool was not open most of the summer this year. Have a new maintance man so hopefully some of the problems the complex has can get fixed now."
