"I was extremely disappointed with this room. I am in a wheelchair. The room was tiny, no breakfast, coffee was sub par and the vending machines were broken!"
"This is one of those back up and throw it in the room type motels. It's clean and safe. We have stayed here , no less then ten times and have nothing to complain about. You're outside of the hustle and bustle of Nashville , but close enough to get to everything that's important."
"We stayed here for 3 nights for our friend's wedding since it was at Front Porch Farms. Which is only about a 10-15 min drive away. The bed was comfy and so was the room. Ashland city is really small, there isn't much to see or do. We actually enjoyed driving around to nearby smaller towns. I would say two nights max is best in this location. The staff was super helpful and even recieved a package for me when I asked if it was okay. They location is a 5 minute walk to some hiking trails which we enjoyed. Wish we had bikes to do the trail. The only thing to keep in mind is that I had a hard time getting a hold of the staff via email. Phone is the best way to communicate. So for those out of state or country, it's important to keep in mind."
"The room was stinky (old musky smell). We had to keep the a/c on the lowest setting to tolerate the stinch. I woke up with a cockroach in bed with me. The desk clerk argued it wasn't a roach and they've never had issues with bugs. However, she stated the hotel was sprayed for bugs. She also stated you can't blame anyone for bedbugs because they are hitchhikers. When I arrived home, I didn't bring anything in the house. I put everything in plastic bags and left them on my deck. I filed a complaint with Priceline (who I booked the room through. They contacted the hotel and was told I never mentioned anything to them. For location.... it's on the main road, but not bad. They did have a decent shower."
"Way over priced. Needs an uplift. Conference room was used for storage so couldn't use it. Laundry room was so hot, no fan. No vanity to put a toothbrush, etc. Towel shelf was not over toilet so that was one good thing. No breakfast, had a small coffee bar. Don't stay there. Rip off.. the most expensive for nothing. Stayed July 28th 2023"
