"Refused to see me so I went home took a Covid test and showed positive within 3 minutes. I’m a high risk Covid patient as 1 I have asthma and 2 I vape. They were rude and snarky. The girl at the desk with the dark hair is always rude and constantly sits on a high horse like she’s better than patients. I’ve never cared to learn her name as I’ve given her the amount of respect she has given me but she really needs to be fired. I also had this appointment set since like 5:00 am so I drove 20 minutes at 4:00pm for them to then tell me they couldn’t see me. 1) Rude 2)Unprofessional 3) could care less about your health DO NOT GO HERE!!! The only good people there are doctors, the guy and the sweetest middle eastern lady . Everyone else is snarky rude and unprofessional."

"This place use to be good. But this last visit was just all wrong. I saw a family nurse practitioner. She was very unclear on how to proceed with my issue that I was being seen for. To be honest this quickly through up a red flag but I did not want to be rude so I stayed. She is the one who went to medical school not I. She continued to be puzzled and unclear on how to proceed so she wrote me an order to have an ultra sound done. This was even an issue she was not sure on how to code it or how to write the testing form. After leaving the clinic I quickly called to attempt schedule an ultra sound. The intake nurse told me the order was written incorrectly and to contact the physician and to have it written correctly. I called and spoke to the physician and she quickly said she did not feel comfortable writing the new order and suggest going to a specialist. My thing is why did she not tell me this in the first place??? To put salt in the wound. They did not tell me when they took my insurance care the physician that was there that day was not covered by me insurance. So in stuck with a full bill and was not better than when I first went in. I actually escalated the complaint and finally got a call from a supervisor. She said that the physician did her job by referring me to a specialist. After the fact.... I can say this place is good it if you need something for a common cold but nothing more."

"I usually love this clinic but today I had to bring my elderly mother in for illness. I rearranged my schedule to be able to pick up my mother and get her to the clinic. My mother forgot her wallet and we had to go back to get it. We ended up being 5 minutes late and they GAVE HER APPOINTMENT AWAY!! They said she will now have a 1 hour and 28 minute wait. When you rearrange your schedule for a sickness, there should be a grace period. As a nurse of 30 years and having worked in many clinics, this is unacceptable! I have never worked in a clinic that did not allow a grace period! The receptionist was not accommodating AT ALL! If they can fit in walk-ins, they can let her be seen within a grace period. This was the LAST time me or my family will come here!"
