After an unfortunate mishap that left me with a chipped tooth, I was scrambling to find an appointment. Luck was on my side when I landed a slot at Orange Sky Dental, and let me tell you, it was nothing short of a dental fairy tale. From the moment I walked in, the warmth and friendliness of the staff were palpable. Sandy at the reception greeted me with such a welcoming smile, instantly making me feel at ease. It didn't stop there; Syeda, the office manager, was absolutely phenomenal, orchestrating everything seamlessly behind the scenes. Then came the X-ray process, which I usually dread, but Ashley made it a breeze with her kindness and professionalism. But the real hero of the story was Dr. Herrera. Imagine the most welcoming, friendly, caring, and compassionate dentist; now double that. She not only saved my tooth, which was on the brink of extraction, but also took the time to explain every step of the process, ensuring I was comfortable and informed. Her expertise and gentle approach were truly remarkable. Assisting Dr. Herrera was Ruby, the dental assistant, whose skill and warmth added to the already positive experience. By the end of my visit, I felt amazing, and the gratitude I have for Dr. Herrera and her team knows no bounds. They turned a potentially stressful situation into a surprisingly pleasant one. The office itself is a gem, boasting state-of-the-art facilities wrapped in a cozy and inviting ambiance. It's clear they prioritize patient comfort and care above all. "I had the best experience at Orange Sky! I’m usually very nervous at a dental visit yet the staff and Drs helped me feel sooo comfortable, I would highly recommend this office. They also went above and beyond to help me coordinate my dental insurance and accommodated me right away!!"

"I usually don’t write reviews/complain very little regarding service. I avoid confrontation (probably to a default) but I am frustrated to the point that I needed to share this. Both me and my father had been patients here for the past few years and familiar enough with the staff that many of them were aware of our family business up the street. It hurts my head to think of how much they’ve made billing our insurance in the time we’ve been patients, including thousands out of pocket. I was just turned away and forced to “reschedule”/ told “no” (per the office manager) when I asked if I could please return to retrieve my payment for them immediately after the visit. If I was a new patient or someone with an outstanding balance then I could understand, but I was neither and this was just very bad business on their part. Being turned away did not make me feel very good and this is far from the first issue we’ve experienced there. We will be taking our business to one of the countless other dental practices in the immediate area with better customer service and quite frankly, better dentists!"
