"Don’t waste your time, they reschedule your appointment because call center overbooks. Can’t get through to corporate or management at all. This is the second time appointment gets rescheduled, will not be coming back."
"Do not go here they will lie to you about being in network with your insurance and not tell you they aren’t until you’ve come to your scheduled appointment. Also they lied about not receiving a direct referral from my general dentist and denied to see me when the real reason was because they don’t even take my plan. They do not care and will waste your time. Avoid at all costs."
"I would greatly like to express my appreciation for West Coast Dental, the wonderful people there, and the excellent service they provide. Everybody at West Coast Dental is absolutely fantastic. They really go the extra mile for the patient and make them feel like their needs and care are an absolute priority, and make the patient feel as if their dental care is being handled with the upmost care and diligence. I would especially like to express my appreciation for the staff, particularly some of the staff I had the opportunity to deal with. Hortencia, the manager is very knowledgeable and personally attentive, Josie is fantastic with handling insurance matters and answering questions, and Jackie and Amanda do a really great job at managing and scheduling appointments and timing. Also the dentist Dr. Ali is very impressive as he is so thorough, detailed, and really provides great insight and confidence to the patient which makes them feel like their dental needs will be handled in such a way as to produce the most optimal outcome for them. I also had an opportunity to have the hygienist, Richard do my deep cleaning, and you can immediately tell he has tremendous skill and experience and is also very personable. The procedure went extremely well and smoothly. "The doctors and staff were very nice but I waited an hour and a half before I saw a doctor and then I didn’t have work done because it would have been an even longer wait still. I said I’d have to come back. That’s my only issue is the time."
