"I had brought my son here several times. He had no cavities before. And we come here and he has 5. They took care off all of them. And within a week the first filling comes out. Then months later the other one comes out. And then another one. Now we are having to go and get the 4 th fixed. We never went back after the first filling came out. Do not go here please"

"I'm shocked by the couple low reviews here. I HATE going to the dentist and got very lucky that Dr. Patrick Kha Le and his great staff Stacey, Laura and the erst of the team are amazing. They are truly kind people and do an amazing job. I've been going to them for over 15 years now and have referred many patients because they make going to the dentist painless. Much love for this group of people."

"I would strongly recommend everyone to avoid this place at all cost. I first came here for an annual cleaning, which led to an x-ray that found 5 cavities. Dr. Su filled up all of them, and immediately 2 of the fillings started bothering me when I chew. The unbearable pain caused by her lack of expertise led me back to the office for a solution, and that is when Dr. Su performed an adjustment on the 2 fillings,. That only helped the pain go away for a day or two. I was naive enough to go back to her a third time to see if any additional adjustments would be possible, but she recommended redoing 2 of the fillings that have been causing me pain when chewing. If the symptoms persist, she said I would need to get a root canal. I walked right out of that office and scheduled another appointment with a different dentist in the area as soon as I got in my car. When I asked the staff at Orange Art of Dentistry to send me a copy of my x-ray so I could bring it to my appointment the day after, they never did. I called twice to retrieve a copy of my x-ray on a Tuesday. After being promised I would receive it in my email by 6 pm, I was fairly disappointed to find out that they have neglected to do so and they are closed on Wednesdays. In summary, Dr. Su's lack of skill and expertise along with the staff's ignorant attitude toward patients who have showed interests in seeing other dentists make this place a terrible choice for anyone seeking quality dental service. Consider yourselves warned."

"I'd never been here before, but after a rough Friday night on short-notice i needed an root canal. Not only did Dr Patrick Le do everything he could do squeeze me in, but also produced fabulous work! I came out with no pain and in great shape. I can't recommend them highly enough."

"This place is horrible. Laura, the dental assistant who works the front desk, is completely incompetent. I went in there for procedures totaling over 3000.00 dollars and she had given me a 10% percent discount, and all was great. I put it on a credit card and months later I had applied and received dental insurance through the state because I am an emancipated foster youth. So I was told by my case worker to have the bill reimbursed and sent to the insurance. When I tried to do so, Laura repeatedly refused me and told me it would not cover the charges. She didn't even call to check the coverage on the card. They kept saying it doesn't cover, or only until your 21. It wasn't until I got on the phone with social services that they agreed to try and bill my insurance. I was so upset over the interaction that I asked them to reimburse all remaining procedures that have not been done to my credit card, and that I would not be returning. It was suppose to be around 600.00 dollars but she only returned 287. She indicated I had teeth cleaning done on my initial visit and that it was never charged. I asked why not and she said because we didn't charge you. So I said your basically charging me for a service you provided for free months ago, all because I wanted a refurd? Or was it because the insurance will likely cover the bill? She just said you had your teeth cleaned so you should be charged; which make absolutely no sense. If you gave someone a teeth cleaning for free as part of the package then why charge it now."
