"The place is nice and quiet to live but not for families with kids as there are no play areas designated for kids. There is a pool but it is never open for use either. So for the summer it's a bummer for kids at this apartment complex!"

"I have had the best experience here. Shannon/management is excellent. She was always prompt in responding to any questions or issues I may have had. Maintenance was always prompt and professional. Shannon is one of the best managers I have had. This location is close to everything you need. Highly recommend!"

"I've never in life seen such disrespect and disregard from a supposedly upscale place of living. I flew in to visit my daughter and found some alarming things. I also seen first hand how my daughter was being mistreated by management. It saddens me to know that management came inside her home without notice while she was away and didn't even lock the door back ! We went during business hours to discuss why someone went in her home without notice and why her door was left unlocked. Only to find the office was locked and no one was available. As a parent this truly bothers me and I will be having my daughter move out of here as soon as possible. Furthermore I found that the house was not fully up to code. As an owner of a electric company I was able to point out the the flaws immediately. I highly advise against anyone living here. I especially advise against anyone having their child live here while going to school at Austin Peay."

"Nothing luxurious about this place at all. Management is never available. Should have known there would be a issue when the apartment was not cleaned or complete at move in! Have been without mailboxes for several months. Pool still not completed. No monthly pest control. A gutter is still hanging off the building that I’ve asked to be fixed since I moved in. Please don’t be fooled by the 5 star rating either… one is the maintenance man who doesn’t even live here! A total waste of money!!!"
