"*UPDATE: After signing a legally binding contract in July aka the lease- they’ve now changed the monthly price along with other clauses that was in the lease* One of the loudest place I’ve ever lived. Since construction started the workers are blasting music all day everyday. Loud enough you can hear it through the walls and at times word by word. Loud neighbors. Shiesty company and owner- do NOT rent here. The insides are nice and new but the owner is cheap and it shows. Upon moving in- there was tile missing in the kitchen right below the cabinets. The maintenance guy admitted “he’s tall so did not notice it”- so that confirms they don’t do quality check. They used the flattest and cheapest paint possible, even a small drop of water stains the wall. On top of that, there is missing paint in the several areas of the TH- especially the half bathroom from the door being closed while still wet. Paint/dried contractor glue all over the floor! Allegedly, the owner told the property manager he is not going to be fixing any paint issues since “it keeps happening and people are complaining”. Meaning we were lied to when my husband and I turned in the inspection form on 7/03/23 and was told it would be repainted once they found a new painter. 30+ units but only one dumpster leading to trash overflowing on the ground and animals. The trash issue has been resolved but it was like that for a whole month. The weather stripping on the garage was missing upon moving in- took a week to get it fixed so the garage was just open to the elements as you could see outside from inside and the door closed. The dishwasher would scrape the oven and barely open until the maintenance guy had to change the lining to it. Mail issues (not just my household- neighbors too). This all has happened in the 1 month of living here. For $1,700 a month you get missing paint, tile & mail, stained walls/ floors, and more!"
"West fork is such a beautiful complex! Miss Lisa is super sweet and love being able to work with her to try and find a new home! "
"Trash overflowing everywhere and we are sent emails and texts constantly as if every tenant is guilty. I step out my door into trash and when I complained I was talked over and interrupted. My new dishwasher hasn't worked since I moved in May 1st and still not repaired. The gym was supposed to be 24 hr access but is only open during pool hours when I'm working. They charge no matter how you pay rent even auto pay which was added after we moved in. I pay 1659 plus 2.49 pay fee and not allowed to voice any concern. She said cameras were too expensive, and paying almost 1700 and with today's inexpensive technology let's me know they are cheap and do not care about their tenants and management harrases every tenant over issues with a few! I opened August news letter and it was nothing but complaints on how the residents needs to clean up (was hoping they updated gym hours) The Tennant's have to monitor open and close pool to be permitted to use it. The paint is flat and shows everything. I was so excited to move here with my work, but I am not happy at all with this property. Run away and do not rent. Also it's not quiet and no room to back up or park. Definitely cheaply made don't let the granite fool you like it did many others. Oh and better not have an emergency maintenance turned my fire alarm off from outside when there was actually a small fire that luckily fell in the pet bowl and went out. Many hidden costs so please check elsewhere! I am counting the days until my lease is up so I can move out quickly! Did I mention management is very rude and gives excuses yelling at you so if you move here pay your 1700 and shut up!"
