"Dr Morgan is an excellent Dentist. I had him do dental work years ago. But he does not work at this location anymore. So other than that this place is just mediocre. I had dental work with one of the assistants a male not knowing what he was doing. Do not trust him doing anything in my mouth. Was having a crown done and he was assisting the dentist ...whom even commenting that assistant should more knowledgeable. Have not seen that assistant on recent visit but still leary of this place . Just to know they hire incompetent assistants and they work on our teeth . I plan on finding another place to put my care and trust in."
"Not worth my words. Don't come"
"My mom had an appointment to have a deep cleaning and they didn't do on her and they still charge her. She was trying to go some where else to do it but they told her they couldn't do it because she already had one this year. She went and spoke to them and they had the audacity to tell her they did! They charge her for something they didn't do and the reason why my mom ended up not doing the deep clean there was because my cousin went to this place before and all his gums got infected and was told at an other place that the reason they got infected was because they didn't clean their equipment."
"I have had several wonderful visits to this office until today. I had four hours of sleep my mouth in pain for days and certainly didn't go there to create a problem but to solve one. I am usually seen by the male dentist who is a very nice man of whom I highly recommend. Today however I was seen by a woman dentist who after doing her exam ask me to sign a paper saying I refused treatment for gum cleaning. I said “why the hell (shouldn't have sworn) would you assume that I am refusing treatment?” She said “do you want to reschedule for another day to have the cleaning.” I shook my head yes and while doing so I asked her again why she would just assume while fighting to not cuss. She then told me leave please and repeated please leave. I got up went out the door {there are two doors an inner office and the door leading to the outside} I exited through the inner office door slamming it which I didn't mean to close it that hard but I continued out the heavy outer door closing it the same but it didn't slam because of the type of door. I got home called apologize to the male dentist for slamming the door. He thanked me for my apology and informs me he was going to call the police but didn't and tells me never to come back again and sings the praises of the female dentist. I cannot sing the praises of the female dentist as I do not feel she handled the situation correctly. She should of said we will do a cleaning of your gums today unless you would like to schedule for another day, but she didn't. When she assumed and I question why she was assuming she should have also tried to handle it in a professional manner by saying I didn't mean to assume but we can do your cleaning today and see if that helps your pain or we can schedule you for another day. She has no personality and acts like she is superior to others is how I felt anyway. I didn't nothing to be asked to leave and after the only thing I did and didn't mean to is close the door way too hard of which I apologized for. There was no understanding of me only having four hours of sleep, being in pain and having a banging headache. I thought I was going to see the male dentist. Oh and for the record I didn't even know she was a dentist till I called to apologize and the male doctor said she is a doctor a dentist, with her attitude I thought she was a rude worker. That said the front office girls are wonderful and have really great personalities as do all the girls who work there and do the x rays etc. I would like to think this woman dentist is a nice person and this was one incident. Because of her I now have to find a new dentist she had ask me to leave before I ever slammed the door. Sadly a person cannot have a bad day and make one mistake because just like the Male Dentist said she was a nice lady, well so am I. I guess they walk on water and have never made a mistake they wanted to be forgiven for or excused for, must be nice to be perfect. It saddens me, I really do like the office staff and the Male Dentist is a very nice dentist. So I wrote this to tell anyone who might have an issue in that office do not even close the door just go out it and let them close it or you will never be allowed back if it is slammed. You've been warned"
