Bristol Ridge Apartments 525 Neptune Dr, Clarksville, TN 37043

"I've lived at BR for a year now. The office and maintenance staff are professional and has great customer service. They've been quick to answer my concerns and questions. Over the year, I've had minor maintenance requests, and they were handled quickly. The 2br/2bath units are very spacious and accommodates my needs. There's additional storage space as well. The balcony is spacious too. All kitchen appliances are stainless steel and gives a modern look. The washer and dryer are stacked but are a great size. I like that the community was already equipped with AT&T community. Since I was a previous customer, all I had to do when I moved in was scan their QR code to start my internet service. For the most part, my neighbors at my bldg. are very respectful, and there's little to no noise distractions. Although, I do have a couple of complaints. There's a no drug policy here, but there's still a tenant near me that's getting away with smoking weed. The smell comes through my vents, that funky smell lingers in my closets and smacks me in my face when I enter my apartment! It's extremely irritating!!! Also, it would be nice if there were more garbage receptacles in the complex. I haven't been able to use any of the common amenities, such as the fitness center, indoor swimming pool, and grills, but they are here to enjoy if you'd like. The apartment location is easy access to the interstate, gas stations, grocery stores, churches, and an ER hospital facility. The shopping mall, theaters, and other entertainment venues are 10-20 minutes away. Overall, I've had a great living experience here. I'd recommend Bristol Ridge Apartments if you're looking for a nice, quiet, clean community. The only reason I gave four stars is because of the annoying weed issue. I hope this gets rectified soon."

"I cannot rate the property manager, Amanda, highly enough. I will never forget when I traveled from out of state to move in I was worried that I would arrive 10-20 minutes after the office closed, and Amanda offered to stay. That is EXCELLENT customer service and an example of how she goes above and beyond for the residents at Bristol Ridge. I want to say a big thank you to her for being understanding, caring and adding some humanity to the job she is doing so well! In addition, she is professional, approachable, very responsive, and she promptly addresses concerns. Honestly, having such a great property manager makes all the difference. She is such a breath of fresh air. We appreciate her!"

"I have been here for a little over a year. Moved in when they first opened. These apartments are brand new so they look nice, but very cheaply made like most things now a days. Expect to hear your neighbors walking, talking, and dropping things that sound like bowling balls. Also first floor gets a lot of cold drafts in winter. Im sad to say that prices have gone up a ton. Our rent went up immediately after our lease was up and just recently went up again! We are very good residents who abide by every rule and get along with the maintenance crew and office staff. So its sad that they seem to not care if your good residents. Owner must be greedy. Its hard to find decent and affordable housing in clarksville the way it is. Both the office staff and maintenance are great. I will say that some children run free range around the parking lots and park and game room. Lots of certain individuals have no consideration of others and like to blast their car music or smoke weed which you can smell through the vents and throughout the halls in the complex. The office does stay on that and address those issues. They now have security every night. Every apartment complex has issues, thats apartment life in a big city. They have 16 buildings here so theres lots of people. They are also building more apartments behind Bristol Ridge, theres a store-a-lot storage unit right in front of complex, gas station on the corner, emergency room across from complex, and they are now building an orthopedics center in front of complex also. So expect more traffic than what there already is in this crazy town. I will say they have a nice Publix down the road, rotary park, gymnastics center, salons, miss Lucille's boutique, and complex is close to interstate. They just put in speed bumps due to crazy driving throughout parking lot. The dog park and kids park is nice. Lots of dogs here. Game room is fun. Gym is clean and fine. Pool is indoors so it seems to always be kinda cooler. Management is great! I would have given a 5 star, but apartments are very loud due to cheap materials and rent is quite expensive for what you get and deal with."

"So far so good! The ladies in the office have been very nice to me from the moment I walked in to apply. They were very helpful and had me approved quickly. I would say the only thing is when you live on the bottom, when your upstairs neighbors walk they sound 600lbs. Lol. But I understand that is not the fault of the office so no complaint here! So far my neighbors have been great. They have someone that sprays for insects every month and. They change the filters as well. As a downstairs tenant I appreciate that because the spiders in Clarksville are REAL! When I first moved in there were a few problems with my stove and storage but they were on it!!! They fixed things right away and made sure all was great. I hope my joy stays this way. And im truly grateful so far for the experience."

"I have lived At Bristol Ridge since November 2022. The apartments are gorgeous and that’s where it ends. It has taken seven months to get a handicap parking place for my disabled veteran husband. He has fell on the ice twice due to the parking issue. We just get told that it’s on the list. The security gate does not work, it hasn’t worked for more than 3 weeks in the seven months we’ve been here. We complained about our neighbors. Their noise is so above anything anyone should endure. The office sent a throaty email to those remnants so they come to our apartment to confront us. Not Good!!! Not Safe!! An apartment has been burglarized. Children destroy everything in here. The pools heater hasn’t worked in 2 months. The dumpster is piled high and smells like a dead body every weekend. If you ask the office staff anything they say they’ll get back to you but never do. This place is horrible!!! The grills never work either. Just don’t. They make it seem so wonderful but the amenities do not exist nor the safety."
