"I've lived here for almost 4 years. Overall I've had a good experience. Maintenance gets things fixed in a timely manner and the community is very calm and quiet. However, due to the community being surrounded by a lot of trees, I've been dealing with a bird issue. Every spring & summer the birds completely take over my balcony and poop everywhere. I do think it would be helpful if the complex pressure washed the building and balconies annually to keep it nice and tidy. I also think it's time for them to upgrade the appliances that are in the apartment. There are other apartments in Clarksville that are charging the same amount and sometimes less, with more updated appliances than what are currently in these apartments."

"I highly don’t recommend these apartments. We just moved here from across the country. When we got here and did our move in we were told that they did an inspection before but that couldn’t of been true because there was two lights that didn’t work, the vent in the guest bathroom didn’t work. There was mold on the ceiling around the vent in the master bath room. The dishwasher was disgusting. The washer had hair in it. The dryer vent wasn’t cleaned. The microwave was dirty. The shelves in the cabinets were dirty. This apartment complex says there pet friendly but clearly is not. We had an incident where a lady approached our dog and he snapped a little but didn’t bite her, but the apartment complex is telling us we have to remove our dog. We tried to fight it but they told us if we try to fight it their going to evict us."
