"I hate leaving negative reviews but I got my nails done right before going home for Christmas & 5 of them had chipped before my flight even landed on the east coast! When I got back to LA I called & they said they couldn’t fix them as I was past the 10 day window…by 2 days!! I’ve never had a gel manicure fall apart so quickly & had such poor customer service in response."

"I’ve been coming here for awhile - the service keeps getting worse and the prices have become astronomical. $125 for a gel mani/pedi - and I’m talking basic, just color, no design, no gel x, no nothing. The guy who runs the desk talks non stop - even when I have giant headphones on and am looking as far away from him as I can, he will not stop talking - complaining about other clients, telling his whole life story, non stop. I just came to sit and get my nails done and relax, dude. Last time I went, a terrible mani pedi took over two hours and started chipping within a week. When I was leaving the salon, I was in a rush because it NEVER takes two hours for a mani pedi- and dude follows me out the door and is yelling, upset that I didn’t have a proper goodbye with him. What?! Over priced, hella annoying. Won’t be back, no matter how convenient."
