"I really dislike this hospital. They get paid rent by the VA and they do not allow the VA to post signs to let people know where the VA is located inside their building. Before 7:30 a.m. the dos are shut. Nobody can get into the building. Yet they say that one had to enter through the emergency doors and go through another set of doors to get inside. Yet they do no place useful signs to let people in. I had to waste almost 1/2 hr trying to enter the doors to get to my appointment at 7:30 a.m. Then I could find the VA clinic, because the hospital doesn't allow the VA to put signs to let veterans know where is the office. I spoke to the VA workers about this and they told me that they have placed several times signage, but the hospital workers take them off. So disrespectful to our veterans."
"I hate writing bad reviews but i want others to avoid the same experiences I have had. The Dental Clinic needs better staff. The receptionists and some of the assistants are nice and great to work with but some of the Dental hygienists are sloppy in their work or don't care about patients. Their busy with gossip or just don't care."
"Had labs drawn at this location. As soon as i checked in my name was called. Very friendly lab tech. On the way out, the front desk gave me a parking decal to put in my window for next time (second level parking is sectioned off for Veterans) and she also gave me a sticker that paid for my parking time."
"This was my very first visit to the VA. I was a little apprehensive with all the stories in the news are care at the VA, etc. I have to admit, I was very surprised. From check in at the desk to check out when I was done, this location treated me with respect and it was obvious they were concerned for my health care. The staff and doctor I encountered could not have been better! They were truly cared about my health and made sure I had any tests I needed. I want to say thank you to everyone there who made my first visit a pleasant experience."
"Total Joke thank god I have private insurance or I would be dead by now from cancer. The VA hospital is even more pathetic. Example 3 different cat scans showed I had a stroke however when I collapsed at the VA they said via their cat scan that I never had a stroke. This is one example of several pathetic missed diagnoses"
