"I am one of those people who do not leave negative reviews unless it’s a significantly terrible experience that makes me feel obligated to warn others so they don’t suffer the same experience. I’ve been getting manicures every 3 weeks for the last decade of my life and this was one of the worst ones so far. This review is for Jane at this salon only. I worked with a male tech last time I came who did a great job. But this time with Jane, she was really rough with doing my nails, very careless.. cut my finger and made me bleed in multiple places. She was using an electronic filing tool to shape my gel manicure and she let the tool slip and cut into the side of my finger. See photos. This is my worst fear when I get my nails done.. the tech is careless and makes me bleed. I had anxiety the whole time she was doing my manicure for the rest of the time and my fingers were hurting. Also, I purposefully picked a very simple design for her to do and she still charged me $30 on top for design. The total cost was $90 for this simple design. It’s literally a few hearts and random dots. Wouldn’t give me any discount after I asked, even after cutting my finger. Couldn’t wait to get out of there. Won’t be going back, do not recommend working with her."

"my girlfriend just recently went here, she was hoping to find a local spot near her apartment. she originally wanted a gel pedicure and acrylic nail remover. they didn’t even put a clear coat on her nails. The pedicure was ok she said but then showed me how they cut her nail in half claiming it was an “ingrown hair”. To top it all off they over charged her for the nail remover, usually it’s no more than mayyyybe 30 but they tried charging her 50 for it after doing a terrible job. On top of it they were very rude to her, which makes no sense. she managed to get them to reduce it by 10 dollars (because they knew what they did). but this place deserves the 1. I don’t think it’s fair to treat people that way but overall the way they took care of her nails was just not ok. especially after charging a premium ! better to charge more but then do amazing work, you can’t do terrible work then charge more ."
