"Decent place, it seems like the receptionist and multiple other workers have bad attitudes, one of my nails are crooked and the stylist didn't do anything to fix it, but aside from that, my nails came out good, ignoring the crooked one. If you don't mind bad attitudes, I recommend it."

"Consistency is the word for Platinum Nail Spa my nails and feet have consistently been of a high standard for approximately 6-8 years. The workers have been there for longer than that so when you go in you’ll see the same staff members, same management, same receptionist. They work together well and the atmosphere is really nice. The place is clean, they have a tv on the wall. They provide massage chairs when you get a pedicure. The wait times aren’t too bad. Always pleasant always professional"

"Terrible Job! I wanted short acrylic nails. I told them it was for my wedding. After, it looked like a child did it. So messy! Even the front desk yelled at the technician. He fixed it 2x, and the next day, my nail and the acrylic is separating. He also told me that they don't do design on short nails... I just paid $40 for a horrible nail job. I'm going somewhere else to fix it. They do good on a pedicure tho."

"I should've looked at the yelp reviews. The man doing my nails was rushing to leave, & was making phone calls during the service. He was being rough, made my one of my cuticles bleed just to cover it up with nail polish. He wasn't careful so the acrylic stuck to my skin on the sides & he forcefully ripped it apart. This left my fingers sensitive. My nails ended up lumpy and had bubbles that popped. On top of that he left me with dried up acrylic and nail polish all over my fingers. Also paid $60 which was NOT worth it. The place looks nice but the service was bad. Do not recommemd it :/"
