"I received a letter stating Dr Ewart was leaving the practice in October of 22 and the staff would continue to provide adequate health Care to his patients after he's gone. I continued to call in my prescriptions to nurse Kelly without a problem until february 2023 when I called in and spoke to a rude staff member named Tiffany and was abruptly told Kelly no longer worked there, and my Cigna Medicare was no longer accepted. I explained to her that I was never notified of the practice dropping my Cigna insurance. This didn't seem to matter to her. I was told to contact Cigna and request a new doctor that was in my Cigna Network. I told this Tiffany that I was just about out of medication and I needed my prescriptions filled asap, she went on to abruptly say nobody there could help me. I contacted Cigna and was told they had no record of Skyline medical group dropping them. Needless to say this ordeal caused me a lot of anxiety and frustration. This person named Tiffany has a history of treating me with disrespect and I wonder how many more of Dr Ewarts former patients were treated the same way"

"When I had dr ewart he was great since he left I went with dr Kristen Kaser I was her patient and she prescribed all this medication and make it sound like it was important but apparently if you have to cancel 3 appointments in a 12 mo perfect it’s consistent a no show. Then she just drop you. Well I’m a truck driver and sometimes it’s hard to make it especially if you’re in the Midwest. Well apparently I didn’t need them medication or they would express the importance instead of dropping you and don’t advice you to someone else so I guess I don’t need a physician after all"

"Really not good feelings about this place. My friend got an infection they couldn’t treat and he died. It smelled like waste when I went to visit, his fecal bag was so full and no one was emptying it. It killed him in two days. Please do not go to this hospital or horizon in dickson. I pulled up in the er in Dickson with my unconscious friend and they literally told me they didn’t have anyone to help me get him out of my car and in the hospital. I was out there with a broken wrist trying to get my 220 pound friend out of my car by myself but when The nurses finally showed up they lifted him out of my car by his pants giving him the snuggie of his life. The 6’5” ancient doctor just stood there and watched these poor girls who obviously weren’t strong enough to get him out of my car. He didn’t help at all. He was so old he reminded me of Biden, mentally incapable. Tristar medical centers are horrific please don’t go to these hospitals. they are the worst. Tri star medical is the worst. The worst."

"My doctor left the practice last month and forgot to reorder one prescription. I called new doctor from same practice and they refused to order my prescription until I could be seen by the doctor. My appointment with new doctor wasn't scheduled until 2 months out. The bad part is that my medicine says it could be deadly to stop my medicine cold turkey. Very dangerous practices."
