Reviews
"Called and both ppl were rude and they don't let you come in without insurance. No self-pay allowed."
"I had a really good experience both times I went to this clinic. They are also a general doctor so I have been going here for everything. First time I have been "listened to" in awhile. Most of them seem to be APRN and are incredibly smart - they took time to explain everything to me and really do want to help."
"DON'T BELIVE THEIR PATIENT FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE ABOUT HELPING PATIENT OR PEOPLE IN REAL NEED OF DOCTOR CARE. BECAUSE THEY WILL ALLOW YOU TO MAKE APPOINTSMENTS AND CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENTS AFTER , SINCE WHEN CAN PATIENT FINANCIAL COUNSELORS ACT LIKE THEY ARE THE PHYSICIANS AND GIVEN YOU MEDICAL ADVICE THIS PLACE USE TO BE OUTSTANDING CARE BUT I HAVE MY SECOND THOUGHTS ABOUT THIS PLACE NOW. CAN SOME PLEASE EXPLAIN THIS , HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE ."
"The 100 oaks location The worst experience I have ever had with a doctors office! I was always seeing somebody different you can never get in touch with a doctor over the phone. I had a c section and tubal ligation they sent me home with a few pain pills for 3 days when I ran out they told me I had to make an appointment to get a refill that was a day later which was day 6 postpartum only for them to tell me to keep taking ibuprofen and Tylenol when I expressed to them I need help out of the bed it’s hard for me to bend down and I have other children I have to take care. I just left because they wasted my time and I was so upset because how can you do somebody like that you see I’m in pain and have my newborn with me. Did I mention the hospital sown a piece of my muscle when doing the c section so my recovery there was so painful. I will never be seen at their clinic again."
