"I am IMMENSELY thankful for this new management team here at The Bluffs Over Cumberland. I was able to move in to a newly renovated unit last year, and the customer service they have exemplified is LEGENDARY. I’ve been able to put in a work order, and always they are prompt to send someone out immediately like within an hour —sometimes less! Brittney has went above and beyond—not only doing her job, she truly treats you like she cares. I can't say thank you enough for making my stay here enjoyable and working with me. I can't think of a better management team I would want to deal with. I can't say too much on the previous management, hence I’ve seen the not so good previous reviews, but I will say they got it right this time with the new management team. Thank you again."

"I relocated from New Jersey and moved in last Oct & the transition was flawless. Brittany & Sametria are wonderful & professional with a very kind & respectful manner. I have enjoy getting to know them & have had no hiccups along the way. Thank you both for your beautiful dispositions. I'm a happy resident, all except when someone stole my beautiful Christmas mat from my front door. Shame on them. I still love the Bluffs & staff."

"Honestly, I can say without a doubt that it was very peaceful here. The management was very responsive and understanding. The only issue I did have with the apartment was the ceiling fan/light fixture was not present in the 1 bedroom. Lived here for close to 2 years and never had any issues with the neighbors or noise, but that will be subjective of course."

Let me start by giving a shout out to the amzing ladies Ms. Brittany and Ms. Sam they are incredibly helpful and understanding, making the whole process feel like a breeze, but they also made me feel like part of a big family. They took the time to guide me through the process of getting my first apartment, ensuring that I felt comfortable and supported every step of the way. And let me tell you, the apartments themselves are beautifully designed and have been renovated. The attention to detail in the design and layout is impeccable. If there was ever anything that didn't quite meet my satisfaction, Ms. Brittany and Ms. Sam were quick to address it and find a solution. It's clear that they genuinely care about their residents and go above and beyond to create a welcoming and enjoyable living experience. Trust me, they've got your back! it was truly pivotal moment for me, having such a wonderful guidance made it even more special. I feel truly lucky to have found such a treasure in the Bluffs of the Cumberland."
