"I’ve lived here with Preiss (the old company) and the new company, and when it comes to quality of living here, there is a major difference. I never had any issues with the old company but this new company, where do I begin…. I’ll start with the pros, they introduced some package locker boxes that make it more convenient to pick up packages, renovated apartments look nice, and does events and giveaways. The cons are having someone come inside your apartment just about everyday, fire alarms going off every day, opened and unlocked entry doors, and more. I work from home and to have the fire alarm going off every day is annoying, embarrassing, unprofessional, and unsafe when working or for the sake of just living here. It happened so often, I know exactly when it would go off (11:15-11:30am). Also, there are people doing renovations every day here. I get it that you need to make these renovations in time for the next leasing year and I truly love how they look, but it gets kind of irritating when you prepare for people to come in and do the renovations on the specific dates listed in the notice, and they don’t come. This usually resulted in an hour of work being missed or whatever it may be. They will come at random times at random days. Additionally, there are ‘pre’ move out inspections, post renovation inspections, Servall pest control, and more. It’s like people come every day for whatever reason. I would not be surprised if I got an email that the ice cream man will be coming to look at the apartments. Probably won’t come on the day specified on a notice too. Did I mention I have multiple videos of the renovation company stealing money from my apartment? Could be other apartments they steal from as well. Also, be careful not to drive over the plenty nails on the street from them doing the roof and never picked up."
