"Had taken my friend there for her bday nails we were suppose to do them at the same time. By the time I was finished they just started hers 45 min later. I was told my techs name was kris first off she was upset because I kept complaining about the shape of my nails from my view they were all going a different direction! She didn’t check the length to make sure they matched, overall she did not listen to what I wanted. My nails were chunky and crooked when she finished. My biggest complaint is she didn’t bother taking the time to get my red nail polish that I came in with all the way off. It’s on my cuticles and looks like I’ve had my hand in a bag of hot Cheetos haha. I paid $60 including 20 % tip but and I hate my nails. Not done professionally- very sloppy and when I told the other tech to help her see that they were crooked she still did not understand how to fix them. I told her round/ square. Well some were indeed round but half of them were also square. Judy did my friends nails… all were good but two were very crooked too.I’m just confused on the work done there. I guess it’s just hit or miss. Judy was so nice."
