I don't appreciate calling ahead of time to be told not appointments and then someone is prioritized before me Go to quality nails down the street their professional"

"I came in to ask how much it was for acrylic nail removal, they told me $10 but they take cash only, so I told them I was coming back since I had to take cash out of the atm. I came back later and there were about 4 people being helped on the pedicure chairs. I waited for about half an hour when all they had to do was let me soak my nails in acetone for 15 minutes or so if they were too busy to take them off. But the same 4 four people were there the entire time I was waiting, and after half an hour they finally decide to tell me that they’re “so busy” and if I can come back tomorrow. I used to come here all the time but I found it pretty annoying to have waited there half an hour just to get my nails removed when they didn’t even help me. The same people were in there when I came in so they could’ve said something as soon as I walked in instead of making me wait for nothing. The nail work is fine, but the waiting has been an issue before. Even with an appointment you’ll probably end up waiting your turn a while. Probably won’t be returning, it’s too bad since they’re the closest salon to me"

"Kim is always so sweet and will Let you know how ping you will be waiting before it’s your turn. I went today and it was a very busy Sunday. Kim cut two of my daughters hair. Their hair were very long and she always ask me how much do I want chip off. One I had 4 inch chop and another 2. Her price is very cheap. It does not come with styling or hair washing and I don’t need to pay extra for that I can do it myself. Love it here and will come again."
