"BEWARE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE: This review is mainly for Wendy who works at this location. I treated my wife to a little spa day to get her nails done but, Wendy had different plans and gave my wife terrible customer service with hitting, yelling, and hurting my wife. Wendy would yell at my wife to stop moving over small movements causing other customers to stare. She would hit my wife's hands with the nail file when her hands were not in the position of her liking. Mainly hurting her by twisting her fingers to put them in a position of her liking. We will not be returning and stand by this one-star review. If you want to treat your significant to a relaxing spa day then stay away from this location mainly unless you like torture and abusive customer service!"

"If you are looking for great customer service please save your time and your money. Do not come here they are absolutely rude and will not let you pay before telling you to get off the chair. I had just finished and she told me to leave. When I began she had an awful attitude and did not allow me time to look for the proper color that I desired. Will NEVER be back and do not RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY. Please save your time and money once again not worth it."

"I wanted to give this place a shot because it’s near my home, it is a very convenient location for me. However, I am very upset for their customer service here. The lady who did my nails was very rude and wanted to rush me at every step. There were no customers waiting to be serviced after me, yet, the lady doing my nails rushed the service on my nails. She was very rude in telling me to hurry up; when she was filing down my nails with the wand she would prolong the wand on my nail that it would burn; I let her know that it was hurting me and she told me that it’s ok that it does not hurt. I walked in with nicely long shaped nails and came out with small uneven shaped nails. The lady did not make sure my nails were all evenly shaped ; she kept saying they were ok. I politely told her that the shape was uneven and still persisted that she was not done and that it was ok. The only good thing I did enjoy from this nail spa is the pedicure I received from another nail technician. She was polite and did a good job with my toes. I really liked that the pedicure came with its own sanitized tools that she would give you to take home and bring back when you return for another pedicure. Overall, I spent in total 82 dollars here and i will not be returning. I have gotten great service at the French nails spa in signal hill and should have gone there instead. For me, it’s not the cost it’s the service I received. The cost did not match the service and quality."
