"This is the nail shop near my house, so Imgoing to give a very honest appraisal: ProsFor a basic acrylic set (no design, no add ons) they are fine. The eyebrows are really fast and good. The service is comparable to a hole in the wall nail shop in South LA, so good to middling. Cons: Do not come in here expecting to have a real nail tech, designs, are a long lasting set, a manicurist who can help you improve your nailbeds, or nail growth. Just dont. They are Basic. The word for this shop is BASIC BETTY. Period."

"i walked in nail craft at exactly 6:18pm on saturday the 23rd of december, waited at the front for approximately 3 minutes waiting to be greeted. instead of a greeting, i was met with rudeness from a nail tech who was trying to ignore me until another nail tech pointed me out to her. she finally turned around and said “we closed” with a really bad attitude and continued texting on her phone. one woman getting her nails done then pointed out that they don’t actually close until 7:30, to which i agreed because this is also what their sign says on the door. the customer service here is good until you come back a second time, then it’s like loyalty doesn’t matter to them. the only thing good about this place is their prices. the work is very trash and y’all can actually do better but i let y’all slide the first time. GO TO POLISHED DTLA!!!! THEY TOOK ME IN AT 6:40 AND STILL TREATED ME WITH RESPECT AND DID AN AMAZING JOB ON MY NAILS!!!!!!"

"I love this place. It's a little small nail shop near me. I can call and make an appointment during my lunch break and get in and out of there super quick for a gel toen polish and eyebrow wax. I can't complain at all and the prices are very reasonable and the women in the are always very friendly. Will forever be going for my toes. Thank you!!"
