"I’m very grateful that, being my first place on my own, I rent from such an amazing group of people. They take time, quality, and respect into consideration for all tenants and they genuinely care. No doubt they do not look at tenants as another dollar to make. Samantha and Destiny have been so helpful in having an issue with my neighbors resolved. They communicate well and timely and are always nice, very understanding. James was also helpful answering my many questions during the application process and so forth. Any maintenance I’ve needed has always been done as soon as possible between their vendors and/or their actual maintenance guys - who have also been chill, respectful of and clean their messes, and do their best to explain what’s going on. Again, being my first apartment, it’s so nice having that blanket of comfort knowing that any issues are going to be taken seriously and that they all work with precision to get it done! Absolutely recommend if you are looking for a better renter’s experience, or if you are moving to Clarksville and unsure of where to start!"

"Absolutely amazing company. We lost our apartment in the tornado and within HOURS the owner (Kelly) and her amazing team had us approved and allowed us to grab the keys the next day! Kelly had her team working on a Sunday to help not only us but the community as well. They have been working endless hours to assist any one and everyone they can. It didn’t stop there! She has reached out multiple times since we moved in (4 days ago) checking in on us, making sure we had everything we needed, and making sure everything in the house was running smoothly. "Blue Cord Realty is a very well Organized rental agency serving the Clarksville area. We really enjoyed working with them and I was impressed by their attention to detail - while it seems tedious at times - it protects all parties involved - tenant, landlord and rental agency - We would definitely use them again. We moved out of the area so sadly had to end our lease. We had a nice 2-bedroom pet friendly apartment in a quiet neighborhood and they did a great job of maintaining the property and responding to tenant needs. Clarksville has some very questionable neighborhoods, properties and landlords, it’s worth it to do your homework and work with a trusted agency."
